Interview with Nikki Rhodes from ATK Premium

I recently had the pleasure to chat with the stunningly beautiful Nikki Rhodes! Although she made it clear during the interview that she doesn't consider herself to be a porn star, I think it is safe to say that she is very popular in the industry ...to say the least. Nikki Rhodes appeared in ATK Premium in 2009 and her amazing photos have been very popular with ATK Premium members. Nikki Rhodes has also been extremely supportive of ATKingdom on Twitter. She was one of the first famous models to support our efforts...back when I only had 17 followers. That's just what a nice and sweet person Nikki is. It was great to get a chance to finally spend some time getting to know her better.

ATK Ray: So Nikki.... I'm actually a big fan...forgive me if I'm nervous. So tell me about yourself....what do you like to do in your free time?

Nikki Rhodes: My free time varies. I like to have projects: charcoal drawings, crafts. I draw when I'm inspired, I create "crafts" when I'm inspired as well.

ATK Ray: Crafts? That's interesting. (smile)

Nikki Rhodes: No, I don't sit at home and knit. (laughs) I have made clothes, jewerly, art, work...etc.

ATK Ray: Wow... that's cool.

Nikki Rhodes: I like to read and I watch movies. Films have always fascinated me. Horror movies are my favorite ,but I love to laugh so comedies are always good too.

ATK Ray: What do you look for when you watch a film?

Nikki Rhodes: I watch movies to see the visions of other artists. I have done a lot of independant films, since my early 20s, so I watch and respect all of them, even if they seem lame.

ATK Ray: What else do you like to do?

Nikki Rhodes: Sometimes I play video games.

ATK Ray: You're a gamer?! That's hot! Fanboy hot!

Nikki Rhodes: I am really good at them too... and I have been since I was a kid. I used to play Ghost Recon online with a bunch of dudes that didn't even know I was a girl and didn't believe me because I was so good. When I did tell them, I proved it by finally getting on the headset to talk to them... I used to want to be a game tester but that obviously never happened! (Laughs).

ATK Ray: I think alot of fans are relieved you didn't become a game tester. So next time that one of our readers are getting their ass kicked in Ghost Recon...remember it might be Nikki Rhodes kicking your ass. (Laughs)

Nikki Rhodes: I play video games to challenge myself and kick ass. I think when I beat God of War I proved myself to my best friend. He never expected me to beat it and to this day he brags about me for beating it. But to me it's just another game I beat.

ATK Ray: Crafts... video games.. I'm learning alot about you.

Nikki Rhodes: I also like to keep busy and change up what I do in my free time depending on my mood. I read to escape from noise. I also love to cook in my free time and would like to have a vegetarian cook show... I know... I know... silly. (smiles)

ATK Ray: No... not silly at all. I'd watch. (smiles) Tell me about your decision to be become an adult performer?

Nikk Rhodes: It kinda just fell into my lap and I'm thankful it did. I was able to explore myself sexually and figure out what I want and how I want it. I don't like being the center of attention... but I love sex, with either men or women.

ATK Ray: What about both at the same time?

Nikki Rhodes: I prefer one on one sex because it is more intimate and you get to fully satisfy the other person. So we can both enjoy each other sexually.

ATK Ray: That's understandable.

ATK Ray: How has the adult industry helped you?

Nikki Rhodes: I have been teased my whole life for being a red head and a nerd so this job helped me break out of my shell and now I know that it's ok to like girls, its ok to masturbate, it's ok to have healthy sex. We're tested and it makes things safer than just random sex. I know there are still risks, Im not ignorant. But to me the adult industry made things easier for me, especially with women.

ATK Ray: Wow, that's great, so it helped you get more in touch with your sexuality. I think that's really important. Just for a person's own sanity. What other ways has the industry surprised you?

Nikki Rhodes: How so many girls think it's sooo cool to be in porn and just because they suck cock or bone on camera they think they are a 'porn star'... I've been doing this for years and I dont call myself that, the title is something that is earned. I'm an adult performer... Jenna Jameson is a Porn Star.

ATK Ray: Yeah I definitely think there has been a loss of perspective in the business. You mentioned that you've been doing this for years. How long do you plan on performing in the industry?

Nikki Rhodes: I haven't set a date of when I will stop. I am going to be around for a bit, but I wont be around in 5 years. I want to settle down and have a family. I can tell you that this year I have decided to take the year off to go to school and work on some personal projects.

ATK Ray: Interesting...personal projects? Like what?

Nikki Rhodes: I am trying to put another website together which takes up a lot of time. I have tons of content that I have put together and I hope for 2011. I can launch the site and just focus on that for awhile.

ATK Ray: Before you retire are their any performers you want to work with that you haven't worked with yet?

Nikki Rhodes: Yes a few: Tanya James, she is super tall compared to me, but she is hot! Nicki Hunter, I want her to dominate me, just hope she will be a loving dom. (laughs) For guys, Alan Stafford, he has been a friend for years but he is hot and I would love to bone him....

ATK Ray: Lucky guy! Who have been your favorite performers you've worked with?

Nikki Rhodes: Lexi Belle, although I was nervous because it was for Belladonna and it was with Lexi. I love her! Love them both!!

ATK Ray: Lexi Belle is gorgeous! Love her! Belladonna is amazing too! What about male talent?

Nikki Rhodes: Derek Pierce, Johnny Sins, and Mikey Butders are a few of my favorite guys to work with. We have worked together several times and always have fun.

ATK Ray: Who has your best orgasm on camera with?

Nikki Rhodes: Honestly.... I couldnt tell you the best orgasm since I have had several great ones with several different people.

ATK Ray: What are some of your favorite mainstream movies?

Nikki Rhodes: Devil's Rejects and House of 1000 Corpses....Rob Zombie is AMAZING! I love his movies and his music!!

My favorite Disney movie has always been Alice in Wonderland, I remember when I was younger I wanted to be Alice... Now I enjoy playing Naughty Alice. (laughs)

ATK Ray: So is there anything you want to tell your fans?

Nikki Rhodes: I'm working on a new website, Nikkirhodes.com is NOT my site! The guy that was my partner hasn't paid me for years and I don't do anything for him or with him anymore. I have been trying to get the domain name back from him, but so far I have been unsuccessful.
